The house is located on a deep water creek (with a dock) that leads to the Atlantic Ocean (via Eddings Creek to
Morgan River, to St Helena Sound to the Ocean). The house has large windows offering excellent views of the marsh
and creek.
The front porch is very large with ceiling fans, gas grill, and is furnished for relaxation.
The house has one master bedroom downstairs ( king bed, bath with shower and whirlpool tub). The downstairs
living area offers birch floors, a queen sleeper sofa and chairs. The kitchen is well designed with downdraft
gas stove, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dual preparation areas, and lots of counterspace. The downstairs
also has a half bath adjacent to the utility room (off kitchen). The utility room has a washer and dryer.
The upstairs has another bedroom, living area, full bath, and dormer large with a lounging area. The upstairs
bedroom has a king bed and has a door to the full bath. The dormer has two built-in sleeping sofas that are twin bed
sized for added sleeping capacity. A bar are is provided upstairs with refrigerator coffee-maker, and sink. The
floors upstairs are birch and rosewood, with carpet in the bedroom and tile in the bath.
